The purpose of bootcamp is to empower an untrained body and a doubtful mind. Training fine-tunes physical potential and emboldens mental acuity. The goal isn’t to prepare you for battle necessarily, but like a soldier; you’ll be feeling more confident and capable to wage war with life’s obstacles. It’s heartening to see your fellow classmates improve and grow stronger by your side. Bootcamp connects your fitness journeys and can nurture friendly competition. Trainers love when classmates exchange high-fives and exasperated smiles. If you strongly identify as a lone wolf, then private personal training may be a better alternative. Bootcamps promote a social, supportive atmosphere.
3. Tough Love
Bootcamp classes are designed to push you further than you would push yourself. Instructors mimic the leadership, passion and urgency traditional Drill Sergeants use, but with positivity and consideration. You won’t feel like an army ‘grunt’ but you will probably grunt while you dig deep for that extra physical exertion. Bootcamp instructors emphasize accountability and are keen to inspire greater effort from their participants.

Each of our classes are uniquely structured. Your workouts will never feel stale or repetitive. We use an array of obstacles, motions, and equipment to creatively reimagine our exercises. We love trying out new things! It is our priority to evolve within our bootcamp program to keep every muscle group spry and engaged. It’s hard to plateau when you’re consistently rotating target areas.
2. It’s Fun!
Okay, it’s not exactly a game of beach volleyball, but you will enjoy the challenge! You’ll feel your pulse bumping to the beat of the music while you lose track of time. The 60-minute classes slip by quickly when you’re fully focused on our intense workouts. We like to keep you on your toes by surprising you with new configurations and contraptions laid out at the beginning of class. It’s reminiscent of your favourite gym classes as a kid. Every bootcamp class is an intriguing test of skill.
3. Involved Instructors
Our instructors are in the trenches with you. We enthusiastically demonstrate the drills and participate alongside you. All of our instructors are approachable and strive to inspire rather than intimidate. We ensure all techniques are executed safely and properly, regardless of your fitness level or age. At the end of class, we lead a cool-down and stretch period to promote a healthy recovery.
4. Cleanliness
Although our goal is to make you excessively sweat, we certainly don’t want that perspiration lingering in our space. Our floors and equipment are sanitized regularly and we boast onsite showers so you can freshen up afterwards. We spread encouragement, not germs.
