YOUTH SPORT CONDITIONING PROGRAMS
Athletes learn their sport by competing on their respective fields of battle. The more they compete, the quicker they can achieve the technical mastery necessary for success.
Each type of athlete will develop a set of strengths and weaknesses. These imbalances can eventually lead to injuries and prevent the athlete from reaching their full potential. This is prevented by encouraging athletes to participate in various sports and sport strength programs throughout the year, especially through the off season.
o Increased agility, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, and strength.
o Decreased risk of injuries by rebalancing the body.
o Increased level of general fitness.
o Lifelong training and nutrition knowledge.
One on One Training:
One on One Training is the most personalized programs offered at Performance 360 Health and Fitness . Each athlete receives a thorough consultation to determine areas of strength and weakness. This form of training allows for a wider variety of modalities and attention to detail; which pay huge dividends in the end. Throughout the entire process, each athlete receives nutritional advice to enhance results on and off the playing field.
Small Group Training:
In the small group training setting, 4 to 6 athletes with similar training experience and desired outcomes will be guided throughout a workout program by an experienced personal trainer. These athletes will be receiving general physical preparedness training (GPP) that will without a doubt, give them the competitive edge on the playing field. Throughout our small group training program, our certified personal trainers will provide nutritional counseling that will further enhance game day performance.
Large Group Training:
Large group training will provide guided dry land conditioning boot camps to groups of 8-10 athletes. These will incorporate a wide range of training equipment to create well balanced athletes who are prepared to dominate every playing field. Register today! Limited Space.
Athletes will learn to perform the following:
o Basic to advanced calisthenics
o Basic kettlebell exercises
o Various agility drills
o Box Jumps for power
o Battle ropes and MORE

Many professional athletes and teams participate in yoga classes. Sport yoga is offered in the Large Group Training format. Sport yoga will provide the following benefits to athletes:
o Build strength
o Increase flexibility
o Teach balance
o Mental control and relaxation
Learn to Lift – ages 14-16 years. 10 sessions of small group Training. Learn the fundamentals for weight training and building strength, along with gym etiquette and more!
